"State Farm Payment Processing Center did not post my paid monthly premium to the correct account, even though I wrote the correct policy number on the check memo line. Sarah from Teresa Holwerda Agency found the misapplied payment and was successful to get it applied to the correct policy.

"They don't care about the bare minimum. I've told them, twice, to fix the spelling of my wife's name on our insurance cards, mail, email, everything. It's still spelled incorrectly. Do better."
